Ten days of cities is a lot of medina. Plenty of people add three or four in the south to break it. We'll price both.

Yes, and we'd rewrite the route rather than bolt it on. Shorter drives, flatter stops, later starts. Tell us who's coming and the plan comes back shaped around them.
It can be, and we'll say so when we write it. The coast days at the end exist for exactly that reason. If you'd rather swap two of them for the desert, that's usually the better trip.
